Terms of Service

Effective date: September 13, 2026

These Terms of Service govern MedExamNetwork.com and the central billing and support services provided through MedExam Network.

1. Operator and scope

MedExam Network is a brand operated by Anesthesia Zone, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a mailing address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Anesthesia Zone, LLC. MedExam Network is not a separate legal entity.

The parent website introduces our network of specialty-focused medical examination preparation platforms. These terms cover use of the parent website and our centralized payment administration and support. Specialty learning services, accounts, content access, and product features are subject to the terms and order details presented on the relevant specialty website. A separate domain does not, by itself, mean a specialty platform is operated by a separate company.

Read these terms before using our services. Where we ask you to accept these terms for a transaction or service, your acceptance forms part of that agreement. Merely displaying these terms in a footer does not replace any express acceptance or billing authorization required by law. If you do not agree, do not use services that require your agreement.

Specific purchase terms disclosed and accepted at checkout govern that purchase if they conflict with these general terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; agreeing to these terms is not consent to optional advertising or analytics.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must have legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement and provide accurate information when contacting us or making a purchase. Anyone acting for an organization must be authorized to bind it.

You may browse the parent website and use its information for lawful personal or internal professional purposes. Unless separately licensed, you may not reproduce, distribute, resell, commercially exploit, or use our protected content to create a competing product or train an artificial intelligence model. This restriction does not limit uses that applicable law permits without our authorization.

You must not bypass access restrictions, share paid access without permission, scrape or bulk-extract protected content without authorization, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity. Ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages in accordance with our published crawler instructions is permitted.

3. Educational purpose and specialty websites

Our network provides medical education and examination preparation information. It does not provide patient-specific medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services, and using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Clinical decisions must rely on professional judgment, appropriate supervision, and current authoritative guidance.

We do not guarantee examination eligibility, a passing score, certification, employment, or any other outcome. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for an examination board, regulator, university, or professional college. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Follow the applicable specialty website for current product descriptions, availability, and learning-service terms. External services linked from our website may have their own operators and terms. We do not control independently operated websites or guarantee their content or availability; this does not exclude responsibilities we have for our own platforms.

4. Payments, renewals, and cancellation

Anesthesia Zone, LLC administers payments through its MedExam Network Stripe account. MedExam Network may therefore appear in payment communications or transaction information for a specialty purchase. Stripe processes payments; the legal supplier remains the entity identified in your purchase agreement.

The price, currency, billing frequency, applicable taxes, access period, and any trial or promotional conditions are those disclosed before you purchase. You authorize the charges you expressly agree to. We do not promise a particular trial, discount, or feature through these general terms.

If you select a recurring subscription, it renews and is charged at the disclosed interval until canceled in accordance with the purchase terms. Cancel future renewals using the subscription-management method provided with your purchase. If you cannot access that method, contact us for assistance. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, subject to your purchase terms and applicable law. Any material pricing or renewal changes will be notified as required by law and your agreement.

No voluntary refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds or prorated credits for unused access, partial subscription periods, failure to cancel before renewal, a change of mind, or examination results. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, refund charges already incurred.

This policy does not exclude refunds, withdrawal rights, remedies for defective or undelivered services, or other protections required by applicable law. Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right for digital content or services applies only where the legal conditions, including any required express consent and acknowledgment, have been met. These terms alone do not waive those rights.

Contact us promptly about an incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized charge so we can investigate and make any correction required. Do not email full card numbers, security codes, or passwords. You retain your lawful rights to dispute a payment with your payment provider.

5. Intellectual property and communications

The website, branding, original text, graphics, and other protected materials belong to Anesthesia Zone, LLC or their respective licensors. Access grants only the limited permissions described here or in your purchase agreement; it does not transfer ownership.

You retain ownership of information you send us. You authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, administer your purchase, and comply with law, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send patient-identifiable information, confidential examination material, or information you are not entitled to disclose.

For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the protected work, the disputed material and its location, your authority to complain, and your contact details. Send the complaint to the contact address below. This contact is not a representation that we have registered a statutory copyright agent.

6. Availability and suspension

We may maintain, update, or change the parent website and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breaches. Where appropriate and practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Paid-service obligations and mandatory consumer remedies remain subject to the relevant agreement and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the parent website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, or that every item of information is complete and current. These exclusions do not override express commitments or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anesthesia Zone, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from the services covered by these terms, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.

To the same extent, our aggregate liability arising from the services covered by these terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for the affected service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Any more protective mandatory rule or binding purchase-specific liability provision continues to apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Where a limitation is not lawful, it applies only to the extent allowed.

Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us for reasonable third-party claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, caused by your unlawful use of the services or infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not cover losses caused by our own breach, negligence, or misconduct. We will notify you of a covered claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense; no settlement may impose an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to the following consumer protections, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections of the laws applicable in your country of habitual residence and any right to bring proceedings in your local courts or another legally required forum. Nothing here requires arbitration, waives participation in a class action, or prevents you from contacting a regulator or exercising a statutory remedy.

We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Doing so is not a condition of exercising your legal rights and does not shorten any statutory deadline.

9. Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms and will identify the revised effective date. Material changes will receive any notice and renewed agreement required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights or alter an existing purchase without a lawful basis and any required agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. These terms and any applicable purchase-specific agreement govern their respective subject matter; they do not displace non-excludable statutory rights.
